Evaluation of the social and inclusive entrepreneurship support in the Operational Programme of Human Resources and Employment

Project description: The project was focused on the evaluation of function and existing results of projects supporting the social and inclusive entrepreneurship in the Operational programme of Human Resources and Employment (OP HRE) and Integrated Operational Programme. Partial attention was focused on the elaboration of recommendations for the next European Social Fund´s (ESF) and European Regional Development Fund´s (ERDF) programmes in 2014–2020. The evaluation was divided into three evaluation tasks:

  • Evaluation task 1 was focused on the analysis of problems and their reasons in the issue of inclusive and social entrepreneurship. The purpose of the analysis was to identify key problems and challenges of the Czech Republic in this sphere according to planning of public employment policies and social inclusion by public intervention of ESF and
    ERDF.
  • Evaluation task 2 was focused on evaluation of a specific support of the social entrepreneurship provided by a global grant of OP HRE Social economy (call No. 30) and by the area of intervention 3.1c) Investment support of social services providers, employers and other organisations supporting tools of the social economy in the Integrated Operational Programme.
  • Evaluation task No. 3 was focused on evaluation of OP HRE projects supporting the inclusive entrepreneurship. Evaluation analysed the support of start-up businesses of disadvantaged persons in the labour market.
