- administrative determination of Region’s territory and conditions influencing exploatation of soil by various types of farming activities including soil structure , extensive and intensive agricultural areas and critical areas which are located in danger of floods or winter erossion,
- the size of livestock,
- common exploatation of farming soil and its non-productive functions, maintaining of landscape,
- the development of tourism in rural areas of Region,
- the system of tax-payments used in agriculture, its influence on farming and potential investments,
- the situation in land purchasing and its supposed development,
- utility of pre-accession funds of EU,
- the overview of subsidies provided to farming subjects to support non-productive land functions, to modernize and set new farms, efficiency of these subsidies,
- the situation in regional agriculutre assets (in holding of state and also of privat sector),
- unresolved ownership of farming land, unfinished landscape adjustments,
- processing industry,
- reproduction of agricultural labour force, the quality of agriculture education in Region.

| Project Objective: | Using analysis made up in first version of the Conception will be suggesed and rationalized solution to support the developmnet of agriculture and rural areas in Pardubice Region. The second version will also include forecast of future agricultural employment, plant and animal production, tourism, production of energy-plants and other acitivities. |
