RESEARCH AND CONSULTANCY - Waste management

For the impletion of particular purposes but also generally for the support of the prevention and use of waste, it is necessary to propose appropriate implements. For its achievement it is necessary to assign appropriate implementation mix that will reserve reaching of the stated purposes with minimal costs and maximal efects. At first an analysis of the whole structure of the waste management must be done in connection with the proposal of the implementation mix. The analysis identifies the basic structure and particular financial and material flows.

To achieve the setting targets we have to state appropriate implements. The proposal of the particular versions of the implementation mix must correspond not only to the given sector of the waste management, but it must be checked in light of chosen impacts in terms of the whole political economy and operation of the other policies.

The purpose of this project is the identification of implements, which would contribute to solving of defined problems (especially with respect to support of material utilization of waste) by virtue of the analysis of particular waste flows (also with use of the Model of Production and Sales Balances). This purpose should be reached step-by-step:

1. phase of solving – structural analysis of the waste management,
2. phase of solving – models of production and sales balances in system of waste management for chosen waste flows – agricultural waste, waste from mining and exploitation, energic waste, waste from building industries, communal waste,
3. phase of solving – analysis of economic, administrative and other implements,
4. phase of solving – evaluation of versions of implementation mix in light of environmental, social and economic impacts on particular target groups of waste management,
5. phase of solving – formulation of conclusions and recommendations.
