| Brief Summary: | In consequence of perspective of access Czech Republic to EU is insisted on optimalization of solution of handling with waste within Czech Republic. One of the possible solution is proposal of unused waste trading in commodity exchanges. |
| Project Objective: | The project objective is producing background for description and case of the trade system with waste in commodity exchange, implementation database of unused waste in commodity exchange and evaluation of possibilities of trading with service of backward consumption in commodity exchange. The project objective is to propose provisions for support to exercise waste supply and waste demand throught commodity exchange, which can tend to reduction weight and volumetric share of waste stocked to tips, to support material and energetic utilization of waste. |
| Outputs: | Solution of the project and its parts comes out from complexity and complication of problems of waste management (including relevant legislative adjustment) in its link to whole economic system of the Czech Republic. Within the proposal are reflected new exchange rules for trading with waste in commodity exchange, provision of possibility permanently to offer and demand waste in commodity exchange and throught commodity exchange to realize trade with waste and secondary raw materials, there is an effort of better know-how of subjects used waste about creation and existence of waste in place and time. The pilot project will check up complex system of database of unused waste for chosen categories of waste in the whole area and trading system with service of backward consumption on chosen commodity for chosen obligatory person. |
