The main goal of the project is the increase in competitiveness of enterprises, improvement of sustainable development principle and decrease in negative impact on the environment especially through ecological education of employees. First of all the project is aimed on small and medium-sized enterprises, that have to face a lack of financial means on ecological measures. This project supports lifelong learning, flexible labour and increase in adaptability of Prague organizations. Increase in quality of human resources is a presumption by both employees and managers. Distance learning courses will be the instrument. In these courses employees will gain the basic ecological knowledge necessary for the management of the firm and for execution of the agenda connected to the fulfilling and recording of the environmental legislation. The program will be concentrated on the gaining of knowledge of all components of the environment, on the legal and economic aspects of the protection of the environment, on the technologies used for the reduction of noxious agents and for their removal and on the obtaining of the necessary technological knowledge connected with the activity of environment protection manager. The instrument will be creation of distance program and distance texts, creation of communicational background for fast, schematic and simple education of good quality, creation of informative brochure and realization of pilot distance courses. |
