It is therefore important that educators are able to effectively implement these phenomena in their teaching and at the same time develop pupils\u2019 critical thinking, motivation for civic activity and ethical prosocial behaviour.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project focuses on the development of democratic competences of Prague teachers in the field of innovative and inclusive teaching and the development of pupils\u2019 democratic skills, which are crucial for orientation in a globalized world. The aim of the project is to systematically develop a democratic culture in selected schools through conceptual work with teaching staff as well as with pupils and students. In the offered workshops, teachers will develop competences that will lead to innovation in teaching, integration of pupils and setting up of measures contributing to a better classroom climate and the development of a democratic culture in the classroom. Seminars will be divided into two main sections: A) subject and teaching innovation; B) working with the class and creating a good climate, and each section will include several workshops.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TOPIC A) SUBJECT AND TEACHING INNOVATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>designed mainly for primary school teachers<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">main lecturer:<\/span> Jitka Ko\u0159\u00ednkov\u00e1, Kl\u00e1ra Kov\u00e1\u010dov\u00e1<\/p>\n<p>1. Two-day in-person seminars with accommodation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The joy of learning<\/li>\n<li>Application of the joy of learning to pupils<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Follow-up online seminars:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reflection on practical application<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation, sharing of good practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. . Optional online specialized seminars:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal and social development<\/li>\n<li>Ethics and development of prosocial behaviour<\/li>\n<li>Media education and critical thinking<\/li>\n<li>Environmental protection and global issues<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>TOPIC B) WORKING WITH THE CLASS AND CREATING A GOOD CLIMATE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>designed for teachers of kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">main lecturer:<\/span> Kristina Pernicov\u00e1, Jitka Ko\u0159\u00ednkov\u00e1<\/p>\n<p>1. Two-day in-person seminars with accommodation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Positive class climate and prevention of problem phenomena<\/li>\n<li>Respectful and functioning communication, conflict prevention<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Follow-up online seminars:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reflection on practical application<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation, sharing of good practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.
