Are you an enthusiastic teacher who sometimes feels tired? Do you encounter misunderstandings with colleagues, management, parents or pupils? Join us on the path of psychohygiene and joint teacher collegial support on the way to streamline communication and relieve stress. Get ready to work on yourself, but you will also get new tools to solve everyday situations in your job.<\/p>\n
The project aims to introduce and expand peer support and mentoring using an internal systemic approach to education in the Czech Republic through facilitated workshops with subsequent supervision and preparation of internal mentors.<\/p>\n
Peer support has been\u00a0implemented in 12 schools, the workshops\u00a0were attended by\u00a0150 teachers. The project also included\u00a0the\u00a0preparation of 18 internal mentors in 9 schools. As a support for workshops, methodical sheets containing both, theory and reflective questions were developed during the project.<\/p>\n
In September\u00a02020, a dissemination\u00a0conference SHARING MATTERS\u00a0on peer support and mentoring using a systemic approach at school\u00a0was held. If you are interested in the topic, feel free to download Conference Proceedings (unfortunately only in Czech).<\/p>\n
