The aim of the project was to develop key and professional competences, entrepreneurial literacy as well as pupils\u2019 personal and social development of by supporting practical teaching and cooperation with employers\/public administration in education.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The key activities of the project were mentoring and consulting of teaching staff, establishment of centres of practice at cooperating schools \u2013 implementation of follow-up business workshops, career weeks and students\u2019 professional internships in companies and public administration. A separate activity for students of vocational schools was the implementation of student mini-enterprises.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusions of the project:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The key activities followed each other. As part of the workshops, pupils worked on their own business plans in teams and the most successful ones took part in career weeks. Career weeks focused on the pupils\u2019 personal and professional development. There were also entrepreneurs, who then addressed the pupils with an offer of professional internship.
