The project focuses on supporting women micro-entrepreneurs in 50+ age. These women often face \u00a0double workload. They have to manage both, running their own business alone and taking care of \u00a0household, their loved ones, etc. We want to create a space that is dedicated to them, their business, their needs and their development.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

That’s why we have created business academy that combines group workshops and individual counselling\/coaching. Thus, each woman can choose her journey through the academy \u00a0according to her needs. She is accompanied by an individual advisor throughout the way of her development.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The aim of the project is to improve \u00a0entrepreneurial position of the women involved and to provide them with the tools to sustain and develop their business. The project is based on mindset change, self-confidence promotion and simple tools that women can put into practice to grow their businesses to provide for their retirement.<\/p>\n

Brief content of the business academy:<\/u><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

– Initial analysis – strengths, action plan<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

– Financial literacy<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

– Use of IT<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

– Marketing<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

– Pricing and self-presentation<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

– Networking<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

– Fundraising<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

– Conclusion and Certificate<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We will support 14 women in 2024 and 14 women in 2025 through the project.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
