Open Horizons is a three-year educational project supporting the development of knowledge and practical skills among people aged 15+ in the areas of media literacy, prevention of manipulation, digital safety, financial awareness, and the ability to navigate today\u2019s complex world. The project aims to directly engage at least 500 and up to 1,000 participants through interactive residential courses, in-person seminars, and online webinars. In addition, the project includes the development of educational materials (thematic cards, a planner, and a publication presenting examples of good practice) as well as public awareness activities through short-form educational videos (Reels format) and thematic video content on social media.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Annual Activities (2026\u20132028)<\/span>
\nEach year, the following activities will be implemented:<\/p>\n

Intensive Two-Day Residential Courses (15+)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Money Under Control: Financial Traps and Risks
\n\u2022 Responding to Emergency Situations (including crisis scenarios and first aid)
\n\u2022 Digital Literacy and Artificial Intelligence
\n\u2022 Psychological Resilience and Supporting Others in Difficult Situations
\n\u2022 Strategic Thinking and Decision-Making
\n\u2022 Stress Management, Creative Thinking and Communication Skills<\/p>\n

Each participant may attend only one residential course. The maximum capacity per course is 25 participants.<\/p>\n

All seminars and workshops are designed with respect to the individual needs of participants and the specific characteristics of each target group.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 27 online webinars (9 per year)<\/p>\n
