
Open Horizons is a three-year educational project supporting the development of knowledge and practical skills among people aged 15+ in the areas of media literacy, prevention of manipulation, digital safety, financial awareness, and the ability to navigate today’s complex world. The project aims to directly engage at least 500 and up to 1,000 participants through interactive residential courses, in-person seminars, and online webinars. In addition, the project includes the development of educational materials (thematic cards, a planner, and a publication presenting examples of good practice) as well as public awareness activities through short-form educational videos (Reels format) and thematic video content on social media.
Annual Activities (2026–2028)
Each year, the following activities will be implemented:

• Responding to Emergency Situations (including crisis scenarios and first aid)
• Digital Literacy and Artificial Intelligence
• Psychological Resilience and Supporting Others in Difficult Situations

• Stress Management, Creative Thinking and Communication Skills
Each participant may attend only one residential course. The maximum capacity per course is 25 participants.

All seminars and workshops are designed with respect to the individual needs of participants and the specific characteristics of each target group.
Minimum Project Scope
• 12 two-day residential courses (4 per year)
• 18 in-person one-day events (6 per year)
• 27 online webinars (9 per year)
