The project focuses on an independent evaluation of the impacts of the Comprehensive Individual Approach Method (MKIP) on children with neurodevelopmental disorders and their families. The evaluation aims to systematically assess the results and impacts of this comprehensive, individualised and multidisciplinary intervention while identifying how, for whom and under what conditions the method works. Changes are assessed particularly in the areas of behaviour, communication, social interaction, sensory regulation and perception, emotional stability, and everyday functioning and quality of life. The evaluation applies a theory-based approach combining quantitative and qualitative methods, including pre–post measurement, Most Significant Change, Outcome Harvesting and Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA). As an independent evaluator, IREAS is responsible for the methodological design of the evaluation, continuous oversight of data quality, analytical processing and interpretation of the results, and preparation of interim and final evaluation outputs. In addition to assessing the impacts of the intervention, the evaluation will formulate recommendations concerning the conditions for the wider application and potential systemic integration of the MKIP method within social, health and educational services in the Czech Republic.
