The project focuses on the development of democratic competences of Prague teachers in the field of innovative and inclusive teaching and the development of pupils’ democratic skills, which are crucial for orientation in a globalized world. The aim of the project is to systematically develop a democratic culture in selected schools through conceptual work with teaching staff as well as with pupils and students. In the offered workshops, teachers will develop competences that will lead to innovation in teaching, integration of pupils and setting up of measures contributing to a better classroom climate and the development of a democratic culture in the classroom.
